WHAT WE DO
What is it?
Acrylic nails are a type of artificial nail extensions that is created by combining a liquid monomer with a powdered polymer (we have coloured powder too!).
Durability?
The strongest nail extension system we offer giving you a sturdy feel.
Suitability?
Ideal for customers wanting length without compromising strength. The go to approach for clients who are unable to grow their nails (or nail biters) and need extra support.
Maintenance?
Infills are required every 2-3 weeks depending on your nail growth rate. We recommend a take off and new set every 2 or 3 infills (approx. every 2 months) to ensure your nails stay beautiful and strong!
Add-ons/Extras?
The typical combination with acrylic extensions are gel polish being are applied on top (also giving you the ability to apply more than one colour to a single nail but extra strength!). Of course, regular polish is also an option although only applicable with one colour. If you simply want a classic elegant look, French finishes are also an option. Just let your nail tech know!
What is it?
More resistant than regular polish, but still has the flexibility of the natural nails.
Durability?
Lasts up to 2 weeks but can last longer depending on how well they are looked after and your lifestyle.
Suitability?
Ideal for customers wanting a long lasting, shiny polish on their natural nails. Please note, gel polish is applied on the existing nails (i.e. their current length). Separate nail extensions are required if you prefer longer lengths.
Maintenance?
Gel polish needs to be removed (soaked and taken off) before a new colour / design is re-applied.
Add-ons/Extras?
Designs (including French) are available upon request - show us a picture and challenge us (we'll try our best).
