By using our website, social media or making a booking, you agree to accept these terms. Should you be making a booking on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their express permission to do so. We may revise these terms from time to time — continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Website use
You may view, download for caching purposes, and print pages from our website for your own personal, private and non-commercial use. You must not use our website in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to copy, store or transmit any malicious software. You must not conduct any systematic data collection activities without our express written consent.
Appointments
To book a treatment or purchase a gift card, follow the steps on our website or contact the salon directly. Treatment prices are shown on the website and may be updated from time to time — price changes will not affect bookings already made.
Please arrive at least 3 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We aim to provide all services on time, but should we need to cancel at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 0207 967 1293. Please note the deposit is non-refundable. The following cancellation charges apply:
More than 48 hours notice
No charge — your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.
24 to 48 hours notice
A charge equal to 50% of the cost of your booked treatment(s) will apply.
Less than 24 hours notice
A charge equal to 100% of the cost of your booked treatment(s) will apply.
Health disclosure
By booking or having a treatment with us, you confirm that you have provided or will provide all relevant medical information at the time of booking. Should service be refused due to non-disclosure, we reserve the right to charge in full for treatments booked. Please see our Help page for the full list of conditions that must be disclosed.
Disclaimers
We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of information on our website, that the website will remain continuously available, or that any treatment you choose is suitable for you. We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any of our services at any time without notice. We are not responsible for material displayed on third party websites.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
